Located along the central line of the body, Chakras receive and transmit life-force energy to our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. When we experience unreleased emotions such as fear, anger or guilt, the energy flows less freely and can become blocked. The affirmations included here will help to optimize each chakra for an overall sense of well-being.
